The event will be held over two days – Friday, September 8th and Saturday, September 9ths. Friday will feature the Annual Health Fair at the Council on Aging. The “Feel Good Festival”, a community health and wellness day for all ages, will be held on Saturday, September 9th.
The “Feel Good Festival” on Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) will feature music by students of Zach Field Drum & Music, a Family Dance Party in the Millyard with JumpStreet, free fitness classes, face painting, games and special activities – and lots of valuable information. All activities are being offered free of charge.
The Health Fair on Friday (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) will feature professional photos for Seniors (with family and friends if they choose), chair massages and more! Many health care providers will also be onsite to share information, resources and giveaways!
We are also excited to announce that Caiden’s Crusaders is hosting a Blood Drive for the Kraft Family Blood Donor Center on Saturday. This event will be updated with registration details once the information is available!
Participating businesses will also be offering specials or fun activities for those stopping by on these days. “Maps” will be available in local retail shops. You won’t want to miss out! More details to follow – mark your calendars!
